What is Sexological Bodywork?

Sexological Bodywork is a client-centered, somatic approach to sexual healing, learning, and growth. 

In our one-to-one sessions, we work with your unique intentions, whether you’re seeking deeper pleasure, healing, confidence, connection, or a more trusting relationship with your body. Together, we learn the language of your body using erotic embodiment tools, and co-create practices that support authentic, embodied change. 

Sexological Bodyworkers are somatic sex educators.

The work is educational, experiential, and empowering, designed to help individuals, couples, and groups become more attuned to their bodies, sexuality, and relational patterns.

It is a one-way-touch modality, meaning clients get to experience somatic practices that may include touch from the practitioner to support the client's learning objective. 

Sessions may include guidance in areas such as:

• Breathwork and embodiment tools
• Embodied Consent
• Sexual communication
• Active receiving (participating in the experience of receiving)
• Genital mapping and sensation awareness
• Scar tissue remediation
• Orgasmic Yoga coaching
• Mindful Masturbation coaching

All practices are optional, clearly explained, and guided by your comfort, curiosity, and consent.

I currently offer 1:1 and couples sessions in person (Sydney/Eora) and online.
